Respect the Space and Participants:

• Show respect for the physical space, facilitators, and all participants.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding any personal information shared by others during the sessions.

Participate Authentically and Mindfully:

• Engage fully in the practices and discussions with honesty and an open heart.
• Be mindful of your words and actions, ensuring they contribute positively to the group dynamic.

Follow Group Guidelines:

• Abide by the guidelines provided at the start of each session to ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
• Avoid any disruptive behavior that could hinder the experience for yourself or others.

Commitment to Personal Responsibility:

• Understand that participation in The Circle of Embodied Men is for personal growth and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
• Take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after the sessions.

No Refund Policy:

• All payments for drop-in sessions or package purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions or cancellations.
• Participants are encouraged to select packages mindfully and commit to attending the sessions they sign up for.

Changes and Cancellations:

• In the rare event of a session cancellation or schedule change by the facilitator, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and options for rescheduling or credit will be provided.
